Broker Support Manager – Fintech
Our client is an established global Fintech Alternative Finance lender who have recently launched in the UK. They offer flexible secured loan Facilities to UK businesses and are very well capitalised with huge appetite to lend and grow. Due to their continued success and further recent investment, we are now looking to expand the Business Development team further, in particular we are looking for a Broker Support Manager who is established, with a proven introducer network of brokers. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved early doors, to be able to help shape processes, drive growth and influence the business as it scales up.
You will be highly involved in the end to end origination process, from sourcing the introduction from your own network of introducers, speaking and meeting the prospective client, collating and analysing the financial information and putting together a brief credit paper. You will then hand hold your client through the sales cycle through to pay out.
This role will be a mixture of WFH and office based as you will be expected to manage your own diary, this role would report into their London team and their office is based in Central London. The culture within the organisation is fast-paced and ambitious and they need energetic, hard-working people who can deliver a driven effort day in and day out, and not be afraid of rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in.
Key Requirements:
Knowledge of business loans, ideally working for a lender
3+ years experience within Lending, delivering successful results
Understanding of Commercial Finance - we will consider someone from Invoice Finance, RCF, Cashflow, Loans or Asset Finance backgrounds
Strategically driven, efficient and analytical
Ambitious and hard-working
Self-disciplined, energetic and ability to work to targets
Team player with positive mentality
Fit in to a fast-paced fintech culture
