    The Commercial Partnerships Manager is responsible for optimising the long term, profitable growth of relationships within our network of travel and retail partners.

    Managing day to day Partnerships, including owning and leading joint business plans, communicating effectively with key Partner contacts and being able to problem solve.

    Develop and grow issuance performance from your portfolio of Partners, driving customer engagement with redemption products and services.

    Growing key Strategic Partners - identifying where largest value creation is possible and exploring opportunities for growth across OpCos and markets.

    Managing internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects and growth opportunities.

    Support the Business Development effort in your area with dual focus on both larger strategic partnerships as well as smaller, less hands-on partnerships.

    Able to quickly identify and optimise value using financial acumen
    Experience with commercial targets
    Understanding of how to deliver mutual commercial targets, against the delivery of internal ones
    Contractual knowledge – commitments, exclusivities and other legal requirements
    Capable of evidence-based decision-making using data and customer-validation
    Able to demonstrate, using specific examples, measurable successes and achievements relating to commercial partnerships
    Understanding of trends, risks and customer behaviours
    Able to drive product and proposition optimisations, working collaboratively with other internal teams such as Product, Data and Technology
    Understands how technology and automation enables growth, improves business performance and drives adoption

    Curious about innovations in the retail and travel industry, knowledgeable about the competition and can craft propositions and solutions to reflect this.

    Proactively adapts and learns new capabilities to reflect the changing needs of our customer and business
    Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment to gain buy-in and drive forward commercial goals

    This role will be based at IAGL's London office in Victoria, and we have a blended approach to working at IAGL.

    Our Blend is our interpretation of hybrid working, where our colleagues are empowered to choose the location for them to produce their best work.

    Based on your to-do list, colleagues either choose the office or home working that day.

    We expect this will mean roughly half your time will be at home and the other half in one of the offices.
