Description
Responsibilities for the Business Admin Assistant:
- Assisting the office with admin tasks
- Providing a point of contact for clients to provide accounting records
- Bookingin clients records and checking that all necessary items received
- Liaise with the client for accounts queries and missing information
- Preparation of departmental client administration
- Ensure contact details on the database are up to date and correct
- Liaise with facilitator in Weybridge to ensure smooth running of office

- Industry experience (Ideally)
