We work with many primary schools across Tandridge and provide long term or short-term supply which can lead to contract or permanent positions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain further experience and develop your teaching.

• Be personable, approachable and able to build positive working relationships with adults and children.
• Set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge all pupils.
• Plan targeted interventions across core subjects and liaise with the SENCO to evaluate pupil progress.
• Assess, monitor, record and report on the learning needs, progress, and achievements of assigned pupils, making accurate and productive use of assessment.
• Be an excellent team player who recognises the value of planning and working collaboratively with excellent communication and organisational skills.
