They have an exciting opportunity for a Senior 1st Line Support to join the team based in Rainham Essex.


As a
Senior 1st Line Support, you'll play a part in keeping some of the UK's biggest brands on the road, responsible for delivering an efficient and professional service to all customers.

You'll be working within a fast-paced Service Desk environment, answer calls, log and triage of tickets.

You will need to be able to give technical support to users and customers across a diverse range of systems, platforms, and infrastructure.


Requirements, Skills & Experience
Working knowledge of 365.
NPPV Clearance
Exceptional customer service and confident communication skills
Experience using Microsoft Desktop operating systems
Demonstrate a good level of troubleshooting.
PC, laptop and tablet set-up and configuration.
Basic knowledge of troubleshooting mobile devices.
Excellent and friendly attitude when dealing with users/customers both on the phone and in person.

Be able to demonstrate your ability to work as part of a team to resolve potentially issues, but also work on your own to perform installations and project work when required.

Ideally have 1+ years previous experience in a similar role
Full Driving Licence, Ability to travel in the UK as required

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
