The role of the School Business Officer is to provide an efficient and effective financial, administrative, and clerical support service for the Head Teacher and staff of the school.

The role job will also include the Clerk to Governors role within the post.

There will also be additional hours 6 evenings across the year to attend and take the minutes for the Governor meetings.

This is an essential part of the role and will be paid as extra.


The role of Clerk to Governors is a key role to provide effective and efficient governance to the governing body which require close working with the Headteacher, Chair of Governors and Board of Governors.
