Job Introduction

The starting salary for this position is £36,989 per annum based on a 36-hour working week. This is a fixed term position/secondment opportunity until 1st July 2024.

For over 70 years Twelve15 have been providing healthy, nutritious, and well-balanced meals to pupils, students and adults as well as offering a specialist service maintaining gym, sports and design technology equipment.

The services Twelve15 provide are a key contributor to the learning outcomes of children and young people in Surrey.

About the role
Are you a looking for a role where your management, communication and organisational skills can really make a difference?

Twelve15 is looking for a full time
Support Officer to work in this varied and interesting role.

You will be based at Surrey County Council's Head Office at Woodhatch Place, Reigate, working at the Head Office for a minimum of 3 days a week.

This role will manage and coordinate specialist business support to the Head of Twelve15 and the Senior Leadership Team.

You will predominantly undertake operational work, diary management, organising meetings across Surrey sites, producing correspondence, complex report documents and presentations along with some project related work.


  • A proven track record of developing and building successful relationships at all levels
  • Your insight and understanding of the role and tasks
  • Your ability to work proactively and show confidence at all levels to ensure decisions are communicated and necessary actions are progressed.
