    The shift pattern is 5 days over 7.

    An exciting opportunity is now available within East Renfrewshire to become part of the Community Treatment Room service.

    We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administration Officer to provide reception and administrative support to the Community Treatment and Care Service across East Renfrewshire, as part of the wider Primary Care Improvement Plan (PCIP) implementation as part of the new GMS Contract, 2018.

    The Community Treatment and care service delivers care in a clinic GP practice & home setting across East Renfrewshire to patients who are referred by GP's and wider members of the Primary Care team.

    The Receptionist/Administration Officer will be expected to work as part of a team to provide reception and administrative support to the Community Treatment Service. The role will include single point of access for appointments and referrals, reception duties, data input and extrapolation, procurement processes and updating clinical records. The post holder will have daily contact with users of the service, GP practice teams, HSCP teams and members of the public and staff.

    It is essential that the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate competence in the use of range of computer packages evidenced by experience or formal qualification. Experience and knowledge of working in an office environment and of the operation of office equipment and systems is essential and experience of working in an NHS environment is desirable.

    Full driving licence car driver owner is desirable to this post.
