Project Manager - Residential Developer

£75,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance - Bishops Waltham, Hampshire

Start date:
Early January

Days/Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:30-5

We are currently working with one of the UK's biggest residential developers who are looking for a project manager to take a new build retirement residential project from start to finish.

The project will be 69 units, a mix of houses and apartments. Youwill oversee sub-contractors, a site manager and an assistant site manager.

You would be needed on a permanent basis to oversee the project and site team from groundworks to completion. The project is expected to last around 2 years.

Experience on residential projects
Taking projects from start to finish
Experience with groundworks, externals and internals

Duties will include:

Helping to appoint an appropriate team of subcontractors to carry out the delivery phases of your given projects, and manage them throughout the process.
Ensuring that your project is completed efficiently and within a manageable time frame, by arranging regular progress reports, and compiling information from internal teams.
Monitor site performance in line with the build programme and address any issues causing delays
Effectively manage the site management team and ensure they are fully resourced with clear guidelines of their own responsibilities whilst providing full support to achieve their deadlines as well as providing effective communication, training and development
