We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a busy helpdesk environment on a FM contract team in Denton.
The customer service representative will provide a variety of administrative duties for our management team to enable a more efficient service to our client.
Their primary focus would be to effectively organise and coordinate all operational administration such as Reporting, Filing/Documenting, Logging, and taking calls.
- Experience in similar administrative role
- A positive attitude to work
- Good communication skills
- Resilience and good organisational skills
- Great IT Skills (eg) MS Office, Outlook + ability to pick up new systems
You would be responsible for:
- Issuing jobs to engineers
- Updating CAFM system with progress on jobs
- Providing support to the team and client
- Logging calls and tracking updates on reactive works on site
- Ensuring full detail is provided.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary:
£12,000.00-£13,500.00 per year
