I have an exciting opportunity to work as part of an NHS Trust in Gloucestershire as a Mechanical Engineer. This is a temp to perm opportunity, paying £19 - £21ph Umbrella.

Summary of the role:

* To participate in the day-to-day maintenance/running of all types of engineering plan and equipment associated with a modern day hospital

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform work including activities which are complex and/or non-routine
• Responsible for fault finding and repair maintenance on a wide range of engineering plant and equipment
• Provide diagnostics and repair services for Key Mechanical building services, plant and equipment such as HVAC, plumbing, Water, Piped Med Gas, Steam and Pressure systems
• Provide other multiskilled options such on building, carpentry works and repairs
• Work with apprentice and maintenance assistants to impact practical knowledge

• To undergo an Enhanced DBS check
• Relevant experience
• NVQ Level 2 or NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering
