Currently recruiting for Support Practitioners offering full time (37 hours) and part time hours per week via a staff rota system. Shifts will include early and late shifts and also night shifts and sleepovers. Please note, this will include weekends and public holidays and therefore a flexible approach is required.

About the service
Erskine Street is a Housing Support Service which supports 7 adults, four men and three women within their own tenancies. Two people supported live out with the Erskine Street service in their own homes which are staffed 24 hours per day. The service is primarily purpose built for people with a learning disability and other complex needs.
The needs of the people supported are unique to them but do include; learning disability, sensory impairment, epilepsy, dementia and bi-polar disorder. Most of the people supported have Welfare Guardians appointed either through the local authority or families. We work closely with them and ensure that any change to support or event is reported appropriately.
There is a large staff team in the service and staff are expected to work across the service but are divided into teams for consistency. There is a Registered Manager, Locality Manager and 2 Supervisors all on site who support staff in all aspects of the role.
