Position: Investment Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Deal Evaluation: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities, assessing their alignment with investment strategy and growth potential.
2. Financial Analysis: Perform financial modeling, valuation, and analysis to support investment decision-making processes.
3. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies in the energy transition space.
4. Portfolio Management: Assist in monitoring and managing the performance of portfolio companies, identifying value creation opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex investment opportunities.
• Previous Experience: 6+ years of experience in Private Equity or Investment Banking.
• Financial Acumen: Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the energy sector, including supply chain dynamics, sustainability trends, and emerging technologies.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment, contributing insights and ideas to drive investment success.
