My clients are seeking a Finance Business Partnerto join theirteam, playing a pivotal role in assisting with financial reports, data analysis for business decisions, and management accounting.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Finance and contribute to the creation of a business partnering approach, providing commercial and analytical support across the organisation.

Assist with month-end preparation, including accruals, pre-payments, tax reconciliations, stock review, and P&L and balance sheet analysis.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure cover of duties and timely delivery to meet deadlines.
Conduct regular reviews of creditors and resolve any issues in conjunction with the Finance Assistant.
Foster a business partnering approach with cost centre owners, reviewing results and identifying improvement opportunities.
Contribute to the annual budget process and year-end audit.
Monitor and report on significant cost areas to the Head of Finance.
Produce commercial analysis as required.

ACCA or CIMA qualification, or equivalent experience; Considerable experience within a finance role, including familiarity with P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow preparation.

Intermediate level Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
Flexible approach and ability to work well within a team.
Payroll experience is beneficial but not essential.
