    Electrician (Solar/Project Manager)

    £50,000-£60,000 + Mon-Fri +Day Shift + Training

    Carlisle

    Are you an Electrician or Similar with experience in the Solar or Sustainable Energy industries, looking to work in a growing environmentally friendly company who offers excellent company benefits, competitive salary and the opportunity to boost your earnings with a performance based bonus?

    On offer is the chance to join a company with over 8 years of experience in promoting, designing and installing solar panels. They are committed to creating a greener and more sustainable future, while offering a friendly working environment.

    You will be managing the full process of commercial solar PV projects from the conception to completion. You will also be responsible for the onsite fittings and the maintenance of the products. You will have the opportunity to be part of the product development process.

    This role would suit an Electrician with experience in the Solar Energy or experience in Project Management, looking for a company that will invest in their growth.

    The Role:

    • Coordinate and manage solar PV projects
    • Supervise and collaborate with the design team to create and manage contracts
    • Ensure quality control through regular inspections and maintenance
    • Oversee and assist with onsite fittings with contractors
    • Organise and conduct quarterly staff training sessions
    • Review and recommend new products and technologies to the Operations Director

    The Person:

    • Electrical experience
    • Solar or Renewable Energy experience (preferred)
    • Project management/ Supervisor (preferred)
