Product Owner – Scaling HealthTech Company in Bristol

£40,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)

3 days in Central Bristol office, 2 days remote

As a Product Owner, you'll collaborate closely with our Product Manager to shape the trajectory of our products.

Your day to day:

• Translating the Product Roadmap into clear and concise Business Requirements.
• Planning and prioritising the Product Roadmap to align with business objectives.
• Supporting and eventually leading Agile Sprints to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Implementing and refining processes to streamline product and sprint delivery.
• Managing tickets and workflows efficiently using JIRA.
• Write user stories and define acceptance criteria
• Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure product quality.
• Demonstrating exceptional communication and organizational skills across the business and with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in a related field.
• Open to candidates from a diverse backgrounds and sectors; experience in Health or HealthTech would be advantageous.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of delivering high products on time and within budget.
• Possesses a continuous learning mindset and willing to embrace new challenges.
