Position Description

Our newly relocated Felixstowe Dealership is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to support the dealership across our admin and invoicing functions.

This position offers an excellent salary of up to £27,000 (DOE) working Mon-Fri 45 hours rotating weekly and and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, with benefits of:

25 days holiday, rising with service.

This position requires a proactive administrator to manage and process:

incoming depot invoices
check and agree invoiced amounts and coding

- process workshop job cards ensuring correct labour rates, parts codes and the correct prices are applied

Processing quotes for service, labour and parts

- telephone calls inbound and outbound regarding admin and invoicing queries

We are looking for someone who has experience and understanding of:

relevant systems relating to the Service Department and computer led invoicing

- excellent customer service skills with attention to detail
- invoicing and coding experience
