    We are looking for a Mobilisation and Business Support Colleague to join our Huws Gray Supply Chain Solutions Team

    This role is field based - Mon-Fri 7am-5pm.

Up and down the UK, our branches are serving and supporting our local communities with all their building material needs, but we couldn't do this without the right people, so why not join us?

    We rely on our Mobilisation colleaguestofully support our Partnering Managers and Account Directors from the point of securing a contract award and mobilisation through to the end of the contract. You'll be out on the road across the country supporting our teams to set up new partnering contracts out of our existing Huws Gray branches, or new pop up stores.You'll support the teams with any issues and help make improvements where necessary.

    Here's a quick overview of some of the things you can expect to do as a Mobilisations Colleague with Huws Gray Supply Chain Solutions:

    • Mobilisation Support for new contract awards
    • Demobilisation Support for any contracts that have come to a natural end
    • Mobilising Popup stores, completing Popup Audits where requested
    • Arranging and completing customer Van Stock audits as per the Customer schedule
    • Supporting Standalone stores where required
    • Picking and packing van stocks for new contracts or where van stocks have been through the innovation process and improvements required
    • Supporting the HGSCS team during any contract default notices
    • Assisting in the picking and re-distribution of aged stock
    • Completing consignment stock audits
    • Working as a team with the existing mobilisation team and Partnering Managers

    • Ability to adapt easily to location changes based on the business requirements
    • Microsoft Outlook / Basic Excel Knowledge required
    • Ability to work with a mobilisation plan to ensure all target dates are met to a satisfactory level.
    • Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
    • Excellent Communicator
    • A self-motivated team player
