- Process and manage customer service request logs.
- Investigate service failures and action the appropriate corrective action.
- Action out of positions and update photos taken by drivers on the system.
- Liaise with Workshop, driver, and Operations regarding all defects.
- Manage Hazard & Near miss reports to successful resolution.
- Action disposal ticket entries.
- Tachograph download from vehicle(s).
- Vehicle defect reporting.
- Driver debrief daily audit.
- Driver's Hours infringements management,
- Workshop meeting.
- PPE management.
- Investigate and reduce vehicle misuse.
