£14.88 per hour or £29,402 per annum

THE BUSINESS

THE ROLE
Diagnose faults and instigate repairs.

Perform preventive maintenance duties on a range of equipment including isostatic, pneumatic and hydraulic presses, mixing machines, cranes, ovens and kilns.

Organise, plan and provide PPM.
Provide support and supervision of external contractors during the completion of works on the premises.
Work alongside team leaders to identify concerns and rectify machine problems.
Hands on approach to machine maintenance.
Assist with the safe decommissioning of old plant/equipment and the safe installation/commissioning of new.

THE PERSON
Time served electrically biased in a manufacturing or production environment.
Electrical/mechanical Qualified - City and Guilds or Equivalent Level 3 or HNC (preferred but not essential)
Experience of Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems
Fault finding
Pro-active in approach to duties
PLC programming advantageous

THE PACKAGE
Full-time, Permanent
38 hours per week
Day shift only
Overtime available (Time & half / double time)
£14.88 per hour (£29,402 per annum)
