Description

Do you have extensive experience in Project Delivery, PMO, Programme and Portfolio Management ? Are you a consultant at heart, and love helping people adopt the latest and greatest technology ? If so, a position has become available in the highly successful iCoTech Delivery Team to lead on all client engagements The PPM Functional Consultant will have autonomy for owning the relationships with our customers, through the entirety of the project delivery process.

Understanding the customers pain points and objectives, working to document the Functional and Non Functional Requirements, through to supporting the testing and implementation of the Projects at Go Live.

Finally you will be completing onboarding and adoption activities at the tail end of the Project.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Project/PMO/Programme/Portfolio relevant role.

The tasks and responsibilities that will be undertaken by the PPM Functional Consultant include (but are not limited to):

  • Serve as a bridge between the customer and the development teams.
  • Run workshops with customers and their stakeholders to analyse their requirements and problem solve.
  • Breakdown customer business processes to identify and link functional and nonfunctional requirements.
  • Work with technical team o make sure that the clients needs are delivered by the specific functions and features.
  • Documenting system configurations and preparing clients/ users to use the system.
  • Participate with data migrations, integrations and report designing where required.
  • Define testing plans, user adoption strategies and business readiness approaches.
There will be a requirement to support the internal maturity of PPM solutions, some of these ad hoc activities could include:

  • Supporting Pre-Sales activities, doing product demonstrations, supporting with Marketing activities.
  • Understanding the PPM landscape in M365, identifying market trends, solution functionality that our customers could utilise.
  • Completing internal training, and onboarding activities for all new members of staff, to ensure they all understand PPM in sufficient detail.
  • Improving our internal Project Delivery methodologies and technologies.
Salary & Terms

  • This job is being offered at a negotiable salary between £30,000 £60,000 depending on experience.
  • A standard mileage allowance will be paid for travel, and overnight accommodation for client visits is paid for.
  • There are 25 Days + 8 Days Bank Holidays available.
  • A profit share scheme is in place and available.
Education & Experience

  • Ideally Project/PMO/Portfolio Management training, e.g PRINCE2, MSP etc
  • Ideally extensive experience of a Project/PMO/Portfolio/Programme delivery role.
  • Ideally experience of Project Online/Power BI/Power Apps/Project for the Web would be great.
