    Description
    Job Advert: Customer Service Advisor
    Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
    Working Hours: 36.25 hours per week (5 days out of 7 - including every second weekend on a rota basis)
    Start Date: ASAP
    Contract Length: 6 Months initially
    Location: Midlothian (EH18) - Office based

    Duties:
    • Engage customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible solutions.
    • Deliver best-in-class service to customers through great interactions and effective delivery.
    • Use initiative and quick thinking to solve issues promptly.
    • Proactively identify any possible improvements to team processes.
    • Meet internal service level KPIs.
    • Support team members and store teams as required.
    Essential Skills/Qualifications:
    • High level of computer literacy, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong team player, working considerately with others.
    • Customer-obsessed mindset.
    • Ability to remain calm, focused, and work under pressure.
    • Passionate about delivering the right experience for customers.
    • First-class written, editing, and communication skills.
