Tonic are recruiting a Junior Sous Chef based at one of our client's B&I contract catering operations in London. You will be creating exciting, on trend menu choices for breakfast, lunch and light bites throughout the day.

You must have a true passion forsourcing local ingredients, creating menus, and sustainability and be able to deliver fine dining hospitality to the highest level.

Essential qualities for Junior Sous Chef applicants to be considered:

  • A minimum of 1 years experience as Junior Sous Chef within B&I contract catering
  • Experience within fine dining restaurants at a minimum 2 rosette is essential
  • A real team leader, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
  • Good length of service and loyalty must be shown throughout your CV
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
