HR Administrator - Immediate start

Leeds (LS17)

Circa £22,000

Minimum 3-month FTC with a view to go permanent

35 hours full-time (part-time options available)


I'm working with a Professional Services business in Leeds who are looking for a HR Administrator to support with the day to day functions of the HR department.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the new starter process; from offer stage through to probation completion (includes producing offer letters, employment contracts and managing the background checking process via a thirdparty provider).
  • Produce employee contract change letters, liaise with managers as appropriate and undertake any follow up activities including updating the HR systems.
  • Manage the leaver process including responding to resignation letters, liaising with payroll and booking exit interviews.
  • Maintain the HR system with starters, leavers, changes, background checks and holiday entitlements.
  • Deal with daytoday administration queries from employees and provide general administrative support.
  • Assist with information requests, updating and assisting colleague access both the HR management system and learning management system.
  • Assist with HR projects.

Requirements:


  • 1 years' experience in a HR Administrative position is desirable.
  • Strong IT skills and confident user of all Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Basic knowledge of Right to Works Checks and the DBS service.
  • A positive attitude and a flexible approach to work.


This role is offering full-time or part-time options, is based in North Leeds and is a minimum of a 3-month FTC with a view to go permanent.

£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
