    Role: IT Support Engineer

    Our client, an expanding Managed Service Provider that serves clients across the North West is seeking an IT Support Engineer.

    This role is crucial to the organization's present and future growth strategies and offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies.

    As the IT Support Engineer, you will take escalations from the Help Desk Analysts, resolving tickets at a 1st/2nd Line Level, any tickets from there will be escalated to the Senior IT Engineers.

    You will be a strong part of the IT Team, liaising with Senior IT Engineers with projects including migrations, updates, installations and configurations
    This position is based in Newcastle under Lyme, with flexible working.
