We're looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our financial team.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring our finance operations run smoothly, managing a variety of financial tasks that contribute to the company's overall financial health.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daytoday financial tasks such as invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports.
Support monthend and yearend close processes.
Ensure accuracy of financial documents and compliance with relevant legal regulations.
Liaise with other teams and departments as required.

Requirements:

Qualification: AAT or equivalent experience is required.
Detailoriented with strong data accuracy skills.
Solid communication skills, comfortable dealing with staff at all levels.
A problemsolving mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of accounting software, preferably Xero.
