    Residential Property Manager – Mandarin Speaking, Vauxhall

    You will be part of a highly knowledgeable and fast paced team. As an agency with a significant presence in South East Asia, you will be one of our dedicated property managers dealing with our overseas clients in managing their high net worth properties. This role will allow an individual to grow their knowledge and experience within the residential property management sector, and they will become part of an ever growing and ambitious company in Johns and co.

    Key Responsibilities

    As a Property Manager at Johns&Co, you will:

    • Manage a portfolio of circa 110 properties.
    • Manage maintenance issues and organise timely repairs; coordinating with external vendors and contractors
    • Develop and implement strategies that maximise financial performance to meet and exceed goals.
    • Chase rental arrears
    • Negotiate deposit returns and disputes
    • Ensure the smooth termination of tenancy agreements and prepare properties to be re-let

    Who We're Looking For

    To excel in this role, you'll need:

    • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
    • Prior Property Management experience
    • Ability to confidently engage with and build trust with landlords, tenants, third parties and colleagues.
    • In-depth knowledge of property law, health and safety regulations, and best practices in property management.
