- Manage a portfolio of circa 110 properties.
- Manage maintenance issues and organise timely repairs; coordinating with external vendors and contractors
- Develop and implement strategies that maximise financial performance to meet and exceed goals.
- Chase rental arrears
- Negotiate deposit returns and disputes
- Ensure the smooth termination of tenancy agreements and prepare properties to be re-let
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
- Prior Property Management experience
- Ability to confidently engage with and build trust with landlords, tenants, third parties and colleagues.
- In-depth knowledge of property law, health and safety regulations, and best practices in property management.
