If you have significant critical care experience at Band 5, hold a post registration qualification in Critical Care, at least 90% mandatory training compliance, mentorship qualification or equivalent and are interested.
Needs to show evidence of improvements made to unit.The successful candidate must be flexible and have an innovative approach to caring for the critically ill, an ability to introduce change to develop and encourage evidence based nursing practice.

Qualifications, Specific Experience & Training
First level Registration NMC
Significant critical care experience
Critical Care Course/ ENB 100 or equivalent
Proficient in all key skills in critical care. Assessment and examination based on Critical Care Competency Framework
Proficient computer skills
Demonstrate the ability to support the critical care team under pressure
Be aware of national, local and professional protocols, standards and guidelines
