Description
Our client is a well-respected professional services business based in the heart of Leeds City Centre, and they are now seeking a friendly, professional Head Receptionist to join their front of house team.
Receptionist£22,000-24,000 per annum
Permanent, office-based position working Monday
- Friday.
The Role:
- Ensure a professional and welcoming environment is maintained at all times in the front of house area
- Oversee all client phone conferences and telephone calls
- Manage all outgoing and incoming post to the offices
- Responsible for health and safety and all fire safety procedures such as drills and fire alarm tests
- Ensuring any hand delivered papers are passed to the appropriate colleagues in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintaining the front of house as well as all office areas and conference rooms to a highly presentable standard
- Monitoring stock of stationary, milk delivery, kitchen consumables etc
- Assisting with any ad hoc admin tasks as delegated
Skills required:
- Confident written and verbal communicator
- Professional and friendly manner
- Ability to liaise comfortable with clients and colleagues across all levels of the business
- Previous experience in a Receptionist role, preferably in a professional services environment
