Our client is a well-respected professional services business based in the heart of Leeds City Centre, and they are now seeking a friendly, professional Head Receptionist to join their front of house team.

Receptionist

£22,000-24,000 per annum

Permanent, office-based position working Monday

  • Friday.

The Role:

  • Ensure a professional and welcoming environment is maintained at all times in the front of house area
  • Oversee all client phone conferences and telephone calls
  • Manage all outgoing and incoming post to the offices
  • Responsible for health and safety and all fire safety procedures such as drills and fire alarm tests
  • Ensuring any hand delivered papers are passed to the appropriate colleagues in an efficient and timely manner
  • Maintaining the front of house as well as all office areas and conference rooms to a highly presentable standard
  • Monitoring stock of stationary, milk delivery, kitchen consumables etc
  • Assisting with any ad hoc admin tasks as delegated

Skills required:

  • Confident written and verbal communicator
  • Professional and friendly manner
  • Ability to liaise comfortable with clients and colleagues across all levels of the business
  • Previous experience in a Receptionist role, preferably in a professional services environment
