• Collaborate with the Head of Audit to manage the department, ensuring the delivery of highquality audits to SME clients.
• Lead and support the audit team, reporting to the Responsible Individuals (RIs) in the department.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, managing expectations and delivering highquality audits.
• Act as a role model within the team, engaging in team development.
• Perform file reviews across a range of audit clients, applying technical knowledge and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Identify opportunities to deliver added value services to clients.

• Minimum 2 years postqualification experience in a mediumsized practice with SME clients.
• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Experience in supervisory or managerial roles.
• Strong technical knowledge, including UK GAAP, FRS102, IFRS, and ISAs.
• Techsavvy, with experience in CCH preferred.
• Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fastpaced environment.
