Kingswood Group are working with a leading professional services firm to recruit a Learning Advisor on a permanent basis.


This is an exciting time to join a function whose primary focus is to develop the capabilities of the IT department to deliver on digital evolution strategies.

The role is not a traditional L&D position and will be centred around developing performance-based capabilities. There will not be any design/delivery involved.


Responsibilities to include:

  • Working closely with the IT Capability & Performance Manager in delivering the IT Capability & Performance plan
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the business, advising on best practice
  • Engaging and working closely with stakeholders, creating and sustaining meaningful, impactful relationships
  • Facilitating (not delivering) all aspects of learning across the International IT department
  • Helping to embed and develop the IT capability framework and associated rolebased learning journeys
  • Measuring and reporting on capability development and gaps
Essential experience

  • Previous experience working in a Learning Advisory capacity
  • Experience working with IT/technology client groups
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Experience working in a complex change environment
