Chef Manager This hands on role is responsible for ensuring and assisting the Head Chef and Catering Team performtheir duties, to Company Procedure, thereby performing a quality control function.

Meeting our residents dietary needs and preferences will be a major priority, ensuring that the IDDSI framework is implemented (although experience in IDDSI would be advantageous training can be provided)

Included in this role is for the Chef Lead to arrange the appropriate staff cover within theDepartment, to cover for staff annual leave and in the event of sickness.

Rayners is a purpose built residential home for elderly persons situated in the village of Hyde Heath, Amersham.

We pride ourselves on offering the best possible care to our 50 residents, an important part of this is being able to produce the finest quality home cooked cuisine.

You will need to be car driver with an enthusiastic and energetic outlook towards your work a sense of humour is also important.

You will be encouraged to assist in the creation of our menus and to create exciting tea cakes / pastries, for afternoon tea.
