    Quilter Investors has built out a new dedicated Manager Research team.

    This provides the opportunity for a Manager Research Analyst to join the team to support a high performing Investment Management team managing £25bn in multi-asset, multi-manager solutions.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for researching, analysing and communicating about funds, or managers, that can add value to Quilter Investors investment solutions.

    Building relationships with key stakeholders such as the Portfolio Managers will be key to success in this role, as well as working alongside a team of other research analysts to ensure best in class performance.

    The role is for a Manager Research Analyst to join a market leading Manager Research team. The Manager Research team provide recommendations to support the Portfolio Managers within Quilter Investors.

    Working in close conjunction with the Head of Manager Research, you will work closely with and provide recommendations to support the Portfolio Managers within Quilter Investors as well as working closely with our wider Quilter Investors teams in Responsible Investment, Investment Risk and Operational Due Diligence.

    The team has coverage of investments across traditional equity and fixed income asset classes as well as alternative investments such as hedge funds, absolute return, private equity and property.

    This includes both open-ended UCITS funds, investments trusts, passives and also incorporates segregated mandates.

    To be successful in this role you will need to be an experienced and enthusiastic Research Analyst who has knowledge of the funds universe and an understanding of different product structure.


    You will be joining a multi-asset team, and will need to have experience of working primarily with equity investments.

    You have a solid understanding of sustainable and ESG research processes and have a strong interest and understanding of financial markets.

    A good knowledge of systems and data for fund analysis such as Morningstar (& preferably Factset) is key for this role.


    You will need to be IMC and ideally CFA qualified or have a willingness to work towards this.
