    InvestorRelations is a key part of the Group's central functions acting as a conduit between the company and the financial markets.

    The function forms part of the Group Finance team and interacts closely with other central functions and across the business.

    As part of a small team, the IR Manager will be involved in all aspects of investor relations ranging from scheduling roadshows to updating financial models to producing content for regular financial communications and the annual report.

    Key Performance Indicators:
    Accurate production of content and materials
    Excellent communicator with strong writing and drafting skills
    Strong financial knowledge and proficiency working with Excel
    Strong presentation skills including drafting content for powerpoint presentations
    Ability to manage a broad range of stakeholders including members of the PLC Board, divisional executive teams and other employees across the business
    Flexible and resilient
    Strong financial background and knowledge of public markets
    At least 5-8 years of investor relations experience working in a PLC or investment banking / similar environment

    Role will require a degree of foreign travel predominantly within the UK, Europe and US to see investors and meet people across the businesses.
