We are looking for a
Billing and Collections Administrator who would like to help us reach our mission of 'making lasting connections with our customers to improve their lives'.

As the Billing and Collections Administrator
your key responsibilities are

Updating customer records
Providing contract management support, including account closures
Assisting customers with direct debits and raising refunds
Carrying out advanced bill checks and estimating meter readings
Making outbound calls to customers
