Azure Cloud Architect is required by our client in Manchester to join a high-performing Cloud Transformation team to take ownership in best-practise and design across their Azure eco-system. Our client is keen to discover a Azure Cloud Architect who will effectively be the technical
As Azure Cloud Architect not only will you take ownership of a complex estate, but you will be accountable for designing and implementing cloud architecture solutions on Azure. Additionally you may be required to work on projects across AWS which would comprise effectively 30% of this role; you don 't need to be proficient, but have an open attitude to working across a multi-cloud environment; effectively you will be the design authority for the cloud function for our client within their Cloud Centre of Excellence.
Some of the key focuses in this Azure Cloud Architect will be across the definition and production of Cloud Architecture deliverables including patterns and standards. You will additionally determine the technology system architecture and functional design needed to support and meet business objectives.
As Azure Cloud Architect you will interface with Architectural leadership for programmes and projects
• Research, evaluate and derive benefits of new tools and techniques
• Ensure projects comply with the defined cloud standards and Frameworks
Working in a hybrid working culture as Azure Cloud Infrastructure Architect, the expectation is that you will be onsite in London for at least 8 days across the month.
