    Requirements –Demonstrated success in proficiently managing cases to meet established targets, with substantial experience in investigative rolesCapable of comprehending, interpreting, and conveying complex legislation pertinent to the positionRecognise the confidential nature of the work and prioritise data protectionComprehensive understanding of investigative techniques, evidential rules, and the legislative and policy landscape in the healthcare regulatory sector
