Senior Sustainability Specialist | Home Based | Permanent
Our client is looking for an experienced Sustainability specialist to join their Planning, Sustainability and Building Regulations firm.

The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects within the residential, commercial, and retail sectors.

Experience managing LPA responses to planning submissions, especially within the Greater London Authority
Energy/ sustainability qualifications (e.
Lead on client projects during planning stages to ensure seamless service delivery
Undertake overheating analysis through IES VE to CIBSE TM59 and Approved Document O
Produce energy and sustainability strategies across the country
Undertake a variety of assessments including, SAP, SBEM assessments, overheating analysis and planning submissions
