Head of Talent

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the talent management function, including some recruiting, onboarding, employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Partner with senior leaders to align talent strategy with overall business objectives and drive a culture of performance and engagement.
  • Develop and implement programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent, including diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Oversee employee relations and handle complex personnel issues, working with legal and HR teams, as necessary.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement in talent management and HR practices, staying up to date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Measure the effectiveness of talent programs and initiatives, using data and metrics to drive decision making and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management & your external PSL recruitment partners.

What are we looking for?

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in talent management and HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a large, complex organisation.
  • Extensive experience in talent management within a largescale manufacturing company.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Possess thorough understanding of fullcycle recruitment. Proven track record of driving change and implementing successful talent management programs.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations, with experience managing employee relations and personnel issues.
  • Must be able to manage and handle different types of stakeholders in a matrix structure.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision making.
