The Supply Chain Excellence Specialist works within Supply Chain Excellence Team to ensure delivery of high-quality continuous improvement service to internal & external customers by coordinating, supporting and implementing of continuous improvement projects.


The role supports creation and coordination of lT-tickets which drive operational effectiveness for Supply Chain and its stakeholders both internally and externally.


The Supply Chain Excellence Specialist is also responsible for maintenance of Customer Master Data and clean-up activities to ensure data accuracy and alignment between SAP and Sales Force and the effective execution of key business processes within the Supply Chain Excellence Team.


Core Responsibilities:
- _ Projects and Continues Improvement activities_
  • Support and coordination of continuous improvement projects related to processes and systems within the Supply Chain Team. Participation in global and local Supply Chain projects according to business needs
- _ Knowledge transfer and support _- _Support various functions on demand, to ensure the effective execution of operational activities and routines. Provide regular updates of relevant business procedures according to the internal requirements. Develop training documentation and provide training on new / changed business processes and offer refresher training for existing processes to drive operational excellence
- _ Reporting - _Point of contact for different reporting requests according to Supply Chain business needs
- _ Complaint process_
  • Support the resolution of customer complaints to achieve set KPI's. Maintain QM Masterdata in SAP and associated systems
- _ Customer Master Data_ _gatekeeping _
  • Maintenance of Customer Master Data in SAP and Sales Force.
- _ Rebate coordination_
  • Rebate process coordinator and main contact for overall rebate process in cooperation with Finance
- _ EDI interfaces - _Responsible for set up and management of customer interfaces
- _ Administration_
  • Accountable for daily review of invoices which are not released to accounting. Ensures SOX compliance of key business processes within Supply Chain Excellence Team
  • Builds close relationships with key internal stakeholders: IT, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance and DSP
  • Contribution to the overall Supply Chain team targets (KPIs)

Mandatory requirements:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience; Commercial experience / 2+ years' experience in Supply Chain or related areas
  • In depth knowledge of SAP ECC 6 HANA DB Modul SD (MM)
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team, within a pressured environment
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office, One Drive, Outlook and Excel. Excellent Excel reporting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Language required English

Desirable requirements:

  • Global or regional project experience is advantageous
  • Second language German is desirable
