Maintenance Team Member - Kelling Heath Holiday Park

Salary:
£24,000 per annum

Contract:
Full-Time, Permanent Contract of Employment

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (Five days a week). Duties and hours may vary dependent upon the areas you work and the time of year.

You'll be able to lend a hand with a wide variety of jobs, from decorating, carpentry and plant maintenance to ensure we maintain and improve our central facilities, hire fleet and owners' holiday homes and lodges to an exceptional standard.

Your hands on, 'can do' approach and passion for delivering an excellent standard will create a first-class impression and play a key role in resolving any repair issues.

You'll be cool headed and calm in a crisis, practically minded to be on call if an emergency arises.

What you'll do...
Carpentry tasks
Painting & Decorating
Plumbing repairs and installations
Completing Statutory Checks on site, such as the Fire Alarmand Emergency Light testing tree work
Ensuring all completed maintenance jobs are recorded on our company system with effective management of time taken, parts used and overall costs
Ensure that all jobs allocated are consistently and efficiently completed to a satisfactory finish.

This is not an exhaustive list, as we are a small team you may be asked to assist with other responsibilities across the Park.

What you'll bring...

Experience:

Experience or an ability to complete a variety of holiday park maintenance jobs to a high standard
Experience of safe systems of works, example Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
Experience of dealing with customers.

Skills:

High levels of attention to detail
Desirable C&G Level 3 & NVQ Level 3, Trade qualification plumbing, Electrical, carpentry, Joinery, or other relevant trade
Full, clean Driving Licence
