Description

Salary £33,050 - £40,000 per annum (pro-rata) depending on qualifications and experience.

Permanentcontract. This role could be undertaken on a part-time or full-time basis.

Key responsibilities include:

- rovide advice, practical expertise and guidance on terms and conditions of employment and a range of employment matters ensuring legally compliant and prgmatic solutions are developed.

Work with HR Managers to deliver projects associated with achievement of HR action plans and developments across NBI.
Review HR policies, systems and processes to identify improvements ensuring they are up to date and fit for purpose.

What you will need to succeed:

CIPD qualified
A good understanding of HR processes, employee relations and UK employment legislation
Understanding of contracts of employment and conditions of service
Recent casework experience, including disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence management
Ability to provide advice to managers on sickness, parental leave, promotion processes, recruitment, grading reviews and pay
