Salary £33,050 - £40,000 per annum (pro-rata) depending on qualifications and experience.

Permanentcontract. This role could be undertaken on a part-time or full-time basis.


Key responsibilities include:

- rovide advice, practical expertise and guidance on terms and conditions of employment and a range of employment matters ensuring legally compliant and prgmatic solutions are developed.

  • Work with HR Managers to deliver projects associated with achievement of HR action plans and developments across NBI.
  • Review HR policies, systems and processes to identify improvements ensuring they are up to date and fit for purpose.

What you will need to succeed:

  • CIPD qualified
  • A good understanding of HR processes, employee relations and UK employment legislation
  • Understanding of contracts of employment and conditions of service
  • Recent casework experience, including disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence management
  • Ability to provide advice to managers on sickness, parental leave, promotion processes, recruitment, grading reviews and pay
