- Responsible for drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts such as client/user, vendor/procurement, and non-disclosure agreements
- Providing practical legal advice and support on business and regulatory matters as applicable to financial markets in a fast-paced environment
- Working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions
- Working closely with the business to educate and challenge
- Assist with compliance review of new and existing clientele, including AML/KYC checksEssentials: Good knowledge of Commercial law in relation to financial services, contracts, trading agreements and other OTC, structured products and lending agreements. Experience working with or within a financial institution or fintech/crypto environment.
- A demonstrable interest and understanding of the laws and regulations applicable to digital assets.
