    We have an exciting opportunity for an established or newly qualified teacher to join our team as a: Post-16 Teacher

    We are looking for someone who is able to:

    • have a passion for creative, engaging lessons with a focus on business enterprise
    • support the wellbeing and educational needs of young people with SEN

    • show sensitivity in listening to young people's situations and the ability to communicate positively and effectively to reach solutions
    • work successfully both individually and within a team and be able to make informed decisions
    • be caring and understanding and have a calm assertive approach to support resilience in learning
    • actively and proactively look ahead, predicting and preventing barriers to success
