Key Features of an Energy Projects & Programmes Officer

  • Preparing reports, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Maintaining effective relationships with other council departments to identify energysaving opportunities.
  • Carrying out analysis of energyrelated datasets using Microsoft Excel.
  • Keeping abreast of and assisting with research into new sustainable energy technical, policy and legislative developments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Energy, engineering, building services or constructionrelated degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience of delivering energyrelated projects, ideally in a public sector environment.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
