There is an excellent opportunity to join us in our Project Support Team as a Support Operative. We are looking for someone to join us at our new facility in Whiteley, Monday to Friday.
We are looking for someone who can complete a wide range of tasks from project set up / close down, purchasing items, resourcing and travel bookings, logistics and shipping and warehouse operations.
Our projects take us to various shipyards and vessels across the world.In this role there is the possibility that some of our larger and more complex projects would require you to go to site and work alongside the Project Management Team.
What are we looking for:
- Accurate IT and numeracy skills
- Willingness to learn.
- Strong planning, time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to adapt between different work environments.
- Able to work in a highly pressurised environment during peak times
- Ability to build relationships at all levels across the business and with external contracts
Role Responsibilities:
- Raise purchase orders
- Progress chase deliveries
- Updating product cards
- Booking resource / accommodation / flights
- Plan freight shipments
- Administration support
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
