This exciting opportunity has arisen for a global business based in West London to manage a medium sized Customer Services department.

The client is a global business who is a leader in its field, their UK HQ is based in West London and they are going through an exciting period of change and growth.


Description
The key responsibilities of this role will be wide reaching, and include but not be limited to Day to day management of a team of 10 Customer Service representatives

  • Process analysis and improvement in all areas
  • CRM roll out
  • Liaising with departmental heads on a regular basis
  • Devising and implementing strategy
  • Upskilling the team
  • Understanding customer needs and satisfaction
  • Assisting sales by identifying sales opportunities with clients
  • Adopting a proactive approach, identifying, isolating and resolving issues

Profile

  • Have experience of process improvement
  • Have experience in CRM rollouts
  • Be passionate and committed
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be approachable to both staff and colleagues
  • Be able and enthusiastic to commercially contribute to strategy and direction
