    Incumbent will manage the pan-European executive reporting process which requires close collaboration with business line performance managers to ensure Key Performance Indicators and other management information updates are on track and supported with in-depth understanding of drivers behind the performance, support governance of regular EU Leadership forums, managing agenda and quality control of presentation content and preparation for various senior executive and Board meetings.

    In addition, given the dynamic nature of the Chief of Staff's scope of work, new tasks/projects may be assigned. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders

    • Minimum 7 years work experience
    Commercial and Data analysis

    • Documentation management, incl timely uploads/readiness Reporting:
    Manage reporting cycles for Elavon/US Bank Merchant Payment Services to support all pan European needs
    Collaborate with performance managers within each function (Revenue Segments, Commercial, Credit, Fraud, Operations, Finance) to ensure clarity and consistency in content
    Review and edit submissions for weekly/monthly reports for Senior Executive Team consumption
    Monthly check-ins with Business Intelligence to ensure goals tracking and other management dashboard updates are on track

    Revenue Segments/Commercial Line of Business monthly call attendance to ensure reporting is in line with the needs and expectations for the executive team reporting.

    Support goals and key performance indicator tracking for 2024
