Job summary:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Support Officer to join us in a permanent role, working as part of our Data and Statistics team, dedicated to identifying the data collection requirements on which the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) bases its regulation of the social housing sector.

Job description:

As a Project Support Officer in the Data Team you will l work to support the delivery of our surveys collecting information from registered providers.

You'll also play a key role in the maintenance of the data collection system (NROSH+), working to ensure user and contact information remains updated and dealing directly with providers to query missing or inaccurate data.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the development of the system and surveys, engaging with registered providers and providing them with support and guidance in the submission of their data.
