We are looking for a Team Lead - Principal / Senior PHP Backend Developer to join our team and build our user management system, support the integration and management of our usage-based credit and billing system, and provide easy-to-use APIs for all our services.

We are building a technically excellent team and operation, that puts developers at the heart of everything we do.

This is a full-time remote role for a Team Lead - Principal / Senior PHP Backend Developer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and debugging PHP applications, building and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionalities.

Our code is based on vanilla PHP and Symfony Framework. 3+ years in a management role
~10+ years of experience in PHP Backend Development
~Excellent understanding of front-end development principles, able to cooperate closely with React developers on building the backend services for our Javascript frontend
~ Obsession with unit testing, documentation, code health, and scalability
~ Experience with unit testing frameworks and code version control systems (e.g., Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
~ Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and passion for building high-quality software and driving continuous improvement
~ Ability to work autonomously in a disciplined way, in a remote team environment.
